The initiative was created to support international growth by combining strong local market knowledge with international expertise in the development, financing and operation of complex waste and environmental industrial projects.
We operate as an integrated industrial platform, acting as investor, developer and long-term operator, specialized in the investment, development, construction and management of waste treatment, recovery and disposal facilities.
Over the years, our shareholders have financed, developed and managed more than 15 waste treatment and environmental plants, gaining hands-on experience across multiple technologies and treatment solutions – including collection systems, material recovery, mechanical-biological treatment, industrial and hazardous waste facilities, and final disposal infrastructure.
