ASSE.CO. – Certification of compliance of employment relationships with remuneration and social security regulations is the certification that attests to the regularity of companies in the management of employment relationships, in compliance with the standards set out in UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015. It is issued by the National Council of the Order of Labor Consultants.
Ciclat is ASSE.CO. certified, which means that it is committed to promoting a culture of legality in the management of employment relationships between companies, that it has demonstrated compliance with remuneration and social security contribution regulations, that it is committed to reducing industrial dumping, that it has adopted a Code of Ethics, and that it has been included in the Ministry of Labor’s White List.
The Asseverazione certificate is a voluntary certification that attests to the adoption of an organizational, management, and control model for occupational health and safety as referred to in Article 30 of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008.
The Asseverazione certificate was issued to Ciclat by the Joint Body, which thus certified the company’s correct adoption of the Safety Organization and Management Model referred to in Article 30 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.
Ciclat is an ISO 37001 certified company, which means that it has adopted a series of best practices to reduce the risk of corporate corruption. The standard helps prevent, detect, and manage situations of corruption by the company, its staff, and its partners, and guides the choice of partners and suppliers.
Thanks to the certification of its corruption prevention management system, Ciclat works constantly to promote a corporate culture oriented towards legality and transparency and to keep its organization consistently up to date with prevention regulations through the definition of objectives, continuous monitoring, training of staff and partners, and communication.
The Ciclat Consortium obtained Emas registration no. IT 001969 on October 1, 2019, and each year publishes the relevant Environmental Statement, committing itself to ensuring the best services with maximum protection of the environment for the benefit of the community.

Ciclat recognizes that gender equality and inclusion are fundamental elements for the organization and well-being of male and female workers and has adopted the voluntary UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification attested by the Certiquality certification body.
In carrying out its activities, Ciclat is committed to implementing measures to ensure gender equality in the workplace for the organization, coordination, and provision of services, including through its associated cooperatives.
The legality rating is issued by the Italian Competition and Market Authority and is a tool that certifies Italian companies’ compliance with high standards of legality.
Ciclat’s legality rating is three stars, which means that the company has obtained the maximum score by satisfying all the requirements set out in Article 3 of the Regulation adopted by the AGCM with a resolution dated November 12, 2012.
The SA8000 standard refers to an internationally recognized standard designed to ensure optimal working conditions in terms of age requirements, health and safety, fundamental freedoms, non-discrimination, working hours, wages, and organization.

In compliance with the requirements of the legislation, Ciclat draws up an annual Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report, which is a public information document aimed at its stakeholders that reports on the results and social and environmental effects of its actions and defines improvement objectives.
The UNI ISO 45001 standard of 2018 certifies “Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements and guidance for use” and defines the minimum internationally recognized requirements for worker protection.
